Feature of the Month – October 2007

The 13th Annual Toronto Marathon will run through Forest
Hill Village on Sunday October 14, 2007! Over 10,000 participants
from 33+ countries are expected to take part in the event
which benefits the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation,
Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Hemophilia, ORBIS Canada, ICA
Canada, and the Toronto Foundation for Student Success.
Please be advised that a lane restriction will be in effect
and some intersections will be closed to traffic in your area
from 9:15 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m. Detailed road closure
information is available on the website www.TorontoMarathon.com.
Please join us in the village or at one of our water stations
to cheer and support the runners in this world-class event!
Water stations will be located near Upper Canada College and
at Spadina and Lonsdale Rd.
